What happened this past saturday?

Ok. I had reasons why I didn't watch toonami and adult swim. So what exactly happened on Naruto, One Piece, Bobobo - bo Bo - bobo, Evangelion, and Ghost in the Shell.

Naruto - the exam is about to begin. All 9 rookies are there. Naruto pissed every ninja there off within the first 10 minutes of entering. A guy named Kabuto entered the series; he failed the exam 7 times in a row, but has an arsenal of knowledge about the other ninja. He revealed that Gaara has completed a B rank mission, but still has never been injured in his life.

FMA - Lust betrayed Wrath after they found Edward after asking Edward to turn her into a human with the stone. Ed did not agree, but it is implied that they have sided together by now. And that psychopath chimera used Al to perform a human transmutation of his daughter, but it had no soul. Also... part of Al was missing after the transmutation was complete.

Ghost in the Shell - Overall an uneventful episode, but I still liked it. Motoko visited some kind of house due to a feeling of nostalgia, and the lady in that house related a story to her about a boy and a girl who had been in a plane accident and were being cared for years ago.

The boy was paralyzed in all but one arm, and the girl was in a coma. The girl's condition got worse, and the boy was told that she had to go somewhere "far away". The boy became traumatized and could do nothing but make paper cranes with his one hand and ask for more paper (paper cranes are good luck charms given to people who are sick in japanese culture).

Then years later, everyone was trying to convince the boy to get a prosthetic body. A doctor brought in a girl who had the operation successfully to try to convince him to do it. She stayed and talked with him for months, and then he told her that if she could fold a paper crane in her prosthetic body, he would get the operation. She tried and tried, but she lacked the coordination. But she was ridiculously persistant, and when she had to leave him, she told him that she would keep practicing and one day make paper cranes for him... the same way he made paper cranes for her when she was in the coma.

Motoko asked about what happened to the boy, and she was told that he had gotten the operation, but moved out of the country and is likely dead. Motoko had picked up a piece of paper while sitting and listening to the story, and as she rose to leave, she put down a paper crane that she had made, thinking about the first boy she ever loved. Touching, no?

Evangelion - Aside from what I told you at lunch, there are a few other things I was going to tell you about. Rei is apparantly involved in some sick experiments, Asuka and Shinji got bored and kissed each other to pass time, and shinji managed to almost die in the process, and Shinji and his father met with each other for the first time in three years. The setting was at his mom's grave. And the next episode is where Shiji's dark side is revealed when he gets swallowed by an angel.

Luffy finally found Shanks, but he had already gotten One Piece, but in a bizzare twist, Luffy and Shanks danced with each other and shanks dissapeared from the story and luffy took one piece o.O
