not sure if this has been done but im so damn bored all alone here at EF for about 5 hrs now....

i think in many ways i could be both

im good at following and takeing orders, as long as i respect who ever is giving them, and when i am doing what im told, i do it with a good heart

but i think im a pritty good leader aswell, when im doing anything that needs me to make rules, i make them, and i dont make them thinking of my self, i make them knowing that the rules i make will help keep everything running right

i know how to give orders, and who to give them to (meaning if i gave a order it would be to someone that would do it, and do it good) and i am understanding im a way that if someone felt like they couldnt, or shouldnt take this order, i would do it myself..even if i had people working for me, i wouldnt be to hard on them, but at the same time i would get the jobss done, and make sure everyone is working for there money.

I'm a leading type of guy. If i'm under someone its ok, but if my own ideas conflict with my orders, it usually causes trouble. Especially if i consider my orders to be stupid and immature. Ultimately, i'm a leader.

i prefer to lead for the single reason i get all hyped up about someone going something wrong...its a way of life, and the says sh*t always rolls downhill is true...someone at the top does something bad, it goes down to the ppl below him/her...thats also why i like being at the top, takes blame away from me :D

If I care about something, Then I want the lead, I'm good at listening toi suggestions but coming up with what I feel is the best corse of action. When I don't care, I can follow and be productive but I don't have the interest to lead.

bah i do neither unless i feel it would benefit me in some way. Following is fine if you know how to do it and when to quit. Leading is fine if you know when to assert authority and when to get input. You'll get nowhere simply asking for input. So i would say im the classic example of a drifter in these cases, simply taking whats needed or required for their own benefit then pissing off to do it again elsewhere.

Though when i do lead in the rare occasion i actually get told i do a good job....i dunno maybe they were smoking crack beforehand.

I'm not much of a "team player" either, unless the team is receptive to my particular input. I'm the type who uses people to get where i want to be, but once i'm there, i dont forget the people that helped me get there. I dont use people and then simply discard them, i reward them for helping me.

i'm flexible i can be both. it just depends on the situation at hand and who i am with. usaully i only lead when i feel passionatelly about something. i can also be the lone gunman and take things on by myself which i suppose is neither leading or following.
