Its a tag for adding MIDIs to posts. The URL of the MIDI goes in the first bracket, not in the middle! Put the body of your post inside the bracket, then finish up with the closing tag. NOTE: THe tag is MID, not MIDI, so be careful.
NOTE: Do NOT abuse this tag. The midid bar appears in posts, so it will be easy to catch abuse of this system. Repeated abuses will get the tag removed, so use it responsibly.
