If you mean the postcount in the navbar, its your total posts, including places like spammyland. The postcount in threads is the accurate one.

you're using firefox aren't you.

it does it to me too. Johnny, Gunny, Tessa, and Holly's postbits always show up as bold with it.

anyway... my postcount in the navbar is wrong too but mine is about 300 posts lower than it should be.

yeah i actully thought i was in the 8000s but not sure cause i dont remember but i actully thought you had around 3000 some posts O.o
