If you know how to cook. How do you prepare and make/cook them? <_<

for me, i just add whatever falvoring there is then grill them. It's too plain. So now i'm looking for new recipes on how to make them. :\

i like fried chicken myself, and for pork i grill it or cook in oven always with BBQ sauce...for steak i mostly just cook in oven with lots of pepper lol..i have other ways but them are my favs...i try alot of new things too but most the time i dont like em =/

well with teh chicken you stuff it with whatever you want, and try and make a liquid paste of it to smother on top if you want extra flavouring, You can bbq it, throw it in teh oven or grill it with losing minimal juices. You can really do that to most meats just paste a covering over them to add some flavour.

You know, most meat when you put it in the freeze smeels. When you take it out, they have this smell. And even after you cook it, the smelll is still there. I don't like it and wasn't sure how to get rid of them. Nonethless, mainly for chicken, when take out of the freeze then cooking it. The meat's a bit less chewy and tender compare to fresh chicken.

...that hasnt happend to me...but any food around here doesnt saty in the freezer very long =/

ah we normaly buy it on the day of cooking it so hehe lol try wrapping it in paper?

I like buffalo chicken. Bread it, then soak it in buffalo sauce ^_^

Other than that, chicken bbq, paremesan, nuggets, or just fry it up. I have the recipes for nugget batter, and buffalo sauce in the recipe thread there.

Beef has me a little weary, I like Pork and Chicken of course, i live in the south. Around here they fry everything. Fried Chicken and BBQ Pork are never in short supply here in teh south. Out of all of them I would say that I eat Chicken the most.

I like my steak still mooing on the plate..(rare) We eat chicken alot more though. We've actually started baking it more than frying it. I'm so glad my brother is a good cook:D

lol, i like my steak mid rare or mid well......to rare doesnt go good with me :lancy

i know that when the guys use to come over my mom had started baking chicken for us because it was easyer... we got a little tired of it in time though lol

Baked chicken is ok, but frying makes it taste better. Especially if you deep fry it in the chicken nugget batter my mo makes ^_^

My mom used to make batter fried chicken...that was some gooood chicken :thumb.
