which racing game do you think is the most realistic? not realistic as in graphics but realistic as in real world physics being in it and such.

I would say Nascar games from EA games even though they aren't really good.

Gran Tourismo series, I've only played 3:A-Spec, but it was REALLY nice.

absolutely, Grand Tourismo series is by far the best.
