I was wondering since I can't get enough rank A's to unlock the cheats in extras what do some of the things do in extras, like left arm weapon and stuff.

I don't have the game. But I was wondering, what's the multi-player like (offline)? Is it one-on-one? Or are there bots?

No bots...there is the ability to have 4 people in multiplayer but you need a multitap for it to work and four controlers.
