how did kenshin get his scar?

yeah i know most of you know..but how did kenshin get his scar..aoi and i were talking but i never got around to ask her that question. i do know he gets it in samurai x but still not why...

When he assassinated somebody that person left a scar upon his face, and when he accidentally killed somebody, he took her dagger and made the other scar.

wow. thanks aoi! i've only seen the series but not the prequal movie.. maybe kenshin did talk about his scar in one of the episodes but i forget. it does make sense though often samurai would physically mark themselves for a mistake or failure to remind themselves not to error again.

Hey Aoi, I just noticed in your avi he has his scar on his left cheek, but in your sig it's on his right? Wasnt it supposed to be on the left?

lol...yeah i just noticed that how come that is? every side of his face needs to have a scar if he face the right the sid eof his you can see has the scar it wierd :confused

ok i will solve this, I made the Banner in the sig and I reversed the image in it, so it looks like its on the wrong side

and to correct aoi's post explaining the scare, it wasnt Kenshin who completed the X it was the girl, she eather used her own dagger or his sword, havnt watched it in a long time but I do know she was the one who completed the X
