Ridiculously pissed

So as some of you may know, I was in what was to be my last RP at Zetsumei. I'm fighting a guy that jumps all over the place, tires himself out, while all I do is block and sidestep while gauging his abilities (this is the first round, so I didn't want my later opponents to get a glimpse of my true powers.) I'm about to start fighting him for real, and then the bitch judge comes in and says she's seen enough, criticizes me for my realism (since Skaithe (who had metal-enforced muscles) would have been exhausted by that point of the match, which is bullshit.) Not only that, but my opponent was greatly wounded, while I only got a self-inflicted scratch on my side.

NOWHERE in the rules does it say that there was a time limit of some sort for matches. I haven't been this pissed for years.

I read through it, if you did continue like that, you should've and did lose but although I haven't seen a RP Battle post by you, I'm sure your good. Very good. But Kyle killed you. I suppose you could get Qween B (She has Domina over there) to somehow revive you.

Alright, well you lost. There are some reasons WHY you lost.

GOD MODDING
1: Do not god-mod. That means no:
-Powerplaying (not allowing someone else to react to your attack) Check
- Superman (Making your character powerful enough to do anything)
- Adaptation (changing your powers to fit the circumstances)
- Jedi Mind F$#K (forcing someone's character to do something against their will) Check
-Ghost (Dodging every attack thrown at you) Check

Almost every post, you dodged the attack and didnt even get hit. I believe you have a similar rule in the RPG section here.



Oh, and as for the time limit thing, you didnt look hard enough.

Good fighter--Bad fighter = 10-15 posts each. In real life if a skilled warrior went up against some kid, the skilled one would win and the fight would be over quickly. That is what we are trying to embrase here.

Good Fighter--Good Fighter = 20-25 posts each. In real life, the fight will be very good and pleasent to watch. Watching Martial Arts movies, you never see the fight between the two great fighters end with just a couple of blows.

Bad Fighter--Bad Fighter = Depends on judge. If the judge wants to see this go on for longer than 5 posts each, then so be it. But if it DOES have a sense of style, then it could go on longer, but not by much.

No offence to you, but you are a great RPGer. That is why I choose you. But maybe fighting isnt your forte.

Anyways I should be the one complaining here.. Everything I tried to do was a dodge this and sidestep that..

I mean when I did my ninja star move with both icicles and the sword coming at you there is no way and i mean no way you can get out of way without getting somewhat hurt.. I mean damn.

and you god modded saying that I cut my foot so basically that and what Rave and everyone else said... that is why you lost. I know this is a old topic now but I just found out about this like 5 mins ago so I wanted to throw my 2 cents in it.

Yeah... been meaning to apologize here... I recently fought an enemy that was the same way... and I see why it was judged the way it was. If you want to see what I was planning to do to you, go to "Open Challenge" in the RP room and read a page or two back.

Aye, no worries. Actually, were about to RESTART Zetsumei from the ground up, as if the tournament had never happened. Were bringing in new CLEARER rules to make everything is fair, Tryouts to get the best and find the ones that want to fight, and pretty much, new everything. So if its cool with you, I would be honored to have you come back and try out for the NEW, BETTER, FAIRER Zetsumei.

I just read this more carefully. I completely did not read the sword part, so I should not have been able to dodge. However... it is not possible to "hurt" Skaithe due to the nature of his past.
