Basically just the place to put the name of your LotGD character. You can also include the title if you want, though you'll have to manually change it every time you kill the dragon :P
EDIT: You can also search that profile field in the Member's List. So if you wanna know who someone from LotGD is on EF (assuming they're also registered on EF, and assuming they have their LotGD name in their profile) you can do a search to find out.
