For those of you that need advice on Fire Emblem, you can ask for it in this thread...

as for me... someone that's beaten the game give me some strategy advice against that f*cking dragon at the end.

give luna to Athos, and giv him as many elixers as possible. keep everyone out of range from the dragon except for Athos. the dragon will attack athos, and he will hit bac. next turn, dont attack, just use an elixer. keep doing tis til u win, or u run out of elixers and gang up on the dragon the tun u do

what about Nils and all of the Sages and Druids with Bolting and Purge that are on the map. I usually use rescue on the lords with strong units like Oswin. I've also been using Erk, which is just as strong as Athos (he is on level 20 and was upgraded to sage from level 18). Do you think it's wise to use him with Excalibur on the dragon?

i always though Erk sucked, he always died when i tried to level him up, send athos right away first turn to the door where Kenneth is, so he takes out the bolting guy next turn, as well as everyone else. it would also help to hav a maxed out speed level 20 Hero Raven, as he is the only character who can attack twice on the brothers. give him a swordslayer or swordreaver if u hav them to use on them. after killing them all, this is the hardest part for me. u gotta send Athos and nils to the giy who has berserk. he will use it on nils, which it doesnt really matter if he gets it or not, then take him out with Athos. Dont resue the lords or else u may severely cripple ur strongest guys. gang up n Nergal completely, or use the same strategy i said about the dragon, but make sure u still hav enoigh elixers for the dragon. the dragon has 120 hp

On the preperations screen, use Speedwings on Athos.
First of all, equip Eclipse on Canas, and attack the dragon with him with the Eclipse, if you are lucky, he is gonna hit and damage 50% of his life.
After that, let Athos attack the dragon with Auroela.
After that, heal Athos with a Recover.
Then, let Nils play for Athos so he can attack again.
Attack again with Auroela, the dragon should be dead then.
If not, let Hector and Eliwood attack the dragon, they must have at least 38 HP.

you really should have looked at the original post date. This is old news. I beat the game shortly after I posted this. Thanks anyway for your strategy though. The only faulty things about it is the accuracy of Eclipse, even when Athos is using it sucks. It hardly ever hits anything. I used Hectors strategy, for the most part anyway, and it worked fine. I ended up using Athos, Canas, and Erk to beat the dragon the first time. After Canas and Erk are on level 20 (I upgraded them from level 20 as well) they are very strong. Especially when you use Gespenst and Excalibur. They only did about 15 damage to the dragon, but I only needed them for the last turn to finish him off.

don't worry about it... this really isn't the type of thread that can be revived unless someone else needs help with FE though.

Actually lath, its my fault. I was too tired to tell him not to revive this kind of thread. I'm just gonna close this now.
