shouting is counted and is a ranking just as posting is, there is a leader board and everything, we dont want to be like all other sites and spam the shit out of it

I have only shouted once myself and i'll be weary of any double shouting. Who would really double shout anyway? Do people like to talk to themselves?

people do it here a lot, even with the rule against it, they do it to raise their shoutcount I guess

thats a little harsh... ill warn someone if they shout more than twice in a row and i see it but if its just twice im verbaly warning only because i dont agree with this rule. if you or the other admins dont like it i dont care cause a shoutbox is meant for spamming and i think you just want to stay number 1 cause youre not on the most
if anyone sees this as a flame or trolling warn me
*warns j00*
*molests j00*
*kills j00*
*runs*

well i don't know about everybody else but i just do it cause i don't care about the shout count and i just don't think it should be a contest it's meant to talk to other people

I really can't agree with this rule being as strictly enforced as some other rules in my life. For example, say someone shouted once then shouted again in one hour saying they were going to bed. Is that all that bad? Triple shouting I would say is warnable, but double shouting... that can even be a misjudgement.
However, if someone is like
[1 minute ago] A: bye
[2 minutes ago] A: I'm going to bed now
that i would understand also.

I have said many times, if they D-shout to say bye then its ok, I dont really care who likes the rule. I have been mod over the shoutbox a long time, and this rule has been here that whole time! but noone listens, then I see someone D-shouting then wait for a shout the D-shouting again, Im tired of it, and so this has happened. it isnt to stay #1, that would happen anyway, I could care less about that. but Im not letting it get spammy again like the time Lades removed the rule.

I wouldn't think that a shoutcount is important. A post count is more important although a post count doesn't nesscerily mean your a noob or an expert. A person could have 2,000 posts and still be a noob in some shape and form.

Oh...you mean like yourself?
Anyway. This can be followed as long as the staff shows that they mean it by action if it happens.
