well you ask it really nicely and then depening on how you treat you pc depends on if it does or not.

using imageshack you choose a 'thumbnail view for forums' link and copy and paste it, using attachments, open it in a new window and your browser should auto resize (1024x768 resizes to about 70% size)

as for actually getting the desktop, minimise all windows and smack that prtsc button then open paint paste and save as NOT A BMP!
