Do any of you have them, and what do you think of them. I have a wavebird for my GCN, and I think it's great.

What exactly is a Wavebird anyways?

it's the wireless controller for the GCN.

I like it, but it doesn't have a rumble pack. :(

Well It's Only Obvious It Doesn't Have A Rumble Pack Built In It.... They Would Need To Make The Game Transport The Rumble Feature To The Controller And All That Other Stuff. It's A Lot Of Work.

It would be a cool inovation in wireless controling though. maybe they'll come out with one in the near future.

Zelphiel

you get used to it after a while... it's not as hard as making the transition from arcade stick to controller when a fighter gets a console release though... luckily I have an arcade stick.

Yeah i have a few of them and they are great but after about 6 months to a year later depending on how much you play the springs i think go bad. So when you turn them on they move. Try this hold the stick to one side and turn it on, that will start happening everytime you turn it on. Well thats what happened to mine but i still think there worth having...i'll never go back to wirers.

And Mr.Freeze the batties last about 20 hours.

I just fix mine when it happens... and if it's too far gone for me to fix there's a used game store near me that fixes stuff like that. It's a lot cheaper than buying a new one.

there may be one and you're not looking in the right place. a lot of places like that are small individually owned, and not well advertised.
